I don't autocross any more and our race season is over anyway..
Here are photos I just took tonight after having them removed from the rims:
NO PLUGS, NO PATCHES... NO flat spotting, NO nails, etc.
..still good life left! picked up all sorts of crap just being rolled around and it's cold today!!! (so the tires weren't even as soft as they are in the warmer temps)

Hi.
There are two little ovals on each sidewall near the rim, under the
size designation. One oval has letters and digits, and one has four
digits. Could you please post the numbers in each 4-digit oval?
thanks,
Joe

Ok... The reason I ask is that AS03's are two whole tire models behind,
so the tires have to have been manufactured two years ago or more,
so they will probably not grip much anymore. That's not to say someone
may still want to buy them, so good luck, but it would be important that
any prospective buyer know that.

interesting, when I inquired at TireRack, they told me 3 to 5 year shelf life if not used... go figure... ..and here I thought track tires only loose grip from heat cycles and actual use???
..heck, I still saw people show up at autocrosses last year with old BFG R1As (which were at least 5 years old)... and they still got great times!!! ..but what do I know???

I wish you only the best. This is from Hoosier's site:
Service Life For Race Tires: Old tires can fail in use, causing loss of vehicle control and personal injury. Environmental conditions like temperature extremes, exposure to sunlight, electric arc, solvents, automotive fluids, and atmospheric pollutants accelerate the aging process. Hoosier Racing Tire strongly recommends that new (sticker-on) tires should be put in service within 2 years of date of purchase. Used (scuffed) tires have a shorter service life than new (sticker-on) tires. Poor storage and infrequent use accelerate the aging process.
