They were good enough for Ian Stewart to win the Atlanta Tour 245/35 285/30 He won a new set of 285/30's and I got a new set of 305/30's so we can do a back to back test to see if the smaller rear tire, 285/30, gains more in acceleration than it gives up in stick. My gut feeling is the 305 is going to be a better fit. So far with 41 runs Tour/Pro plus 6 Pro practice starts no sign of cording on the outer edge. I am going to run them at the Phase 2 and then flip them if the shoulder wear starts looking excessive. They do seem to work better when cold than the 04's.
