Default Source for Autocross Courses

My son participates in the building and autocrossing a Formula SAE car in college and would like to see examples of professionally designed AX courses which the college can use for practice.
Anyone know of books or other sources for courses used in past AX events?

Roger Johnson is a multi-time Nationals course designer, and his course design guide is pretty much considered gospel.
