Default Trying to figure out the class for my 3.8L 996

I'm looking to get back into autox (I used to run a 2003 WRX and 2008 STI many moons ago), mostly to get a feel of the 996 at the limit before stepping up to track days, but also because it's fun. Anyway, my 2003 996 had bore scoring, so I had the engine rebuilt to 3.8L in addition to head porting. The rest of the car is bone stock. Looking over the rules, I think I'd be running in SSM? Is this correct? If so, I'm sure I won't be competitive since suspension will be stock and I'm currently on 17" DWS Contis. I plan to mount summers next year on my 18" Carrera 5 spoke, but I'm not letting rubber stop me from having fun.

Thanks, I didn't realize that class existed as it's not listed in the 2024 rule book. Looks like it's supplemental.

It is supplemental, but in many areas extreme street is popular.
