Default Window Tint And PCA Racing Events

I am awaiting my new car and looking forward to getting involved in PCA racing events. I have searched around the site looking for regulations on what level of window tint is allowed at PCA events. I have not found anything definite on what level of tint is allowed. Any assistance by someone who knows for sure will be appreciated. Thanks.

For autox? I've never known there to be a rule. I always have 20% on my car but I also put the windows down until the rain is insanely intense.

Maybe ask your region for any requirements if you can't find it on line. Beyond what PCA rules may be, any track you drive on could have their own requirements regarding any safety auto feature.

For what it's worth, most helmets will come with varying shades of face covers if you just need something for very bright days and don't wear sunglasses. If you just want tinted glass to look cool, that's different.

I've never heard of tint being an issue. I have heard of groups requiring you run window down.
