Ryan drove awesome! These were not Cayman courses, either; he outdrove his competition, pure and simple. Wish I could say the same for me, haha. I think I got some good photos of him, I'll post when I offload my camera.

Can't wait really looking forward to it. Looking forward to seeing all the different cars and talking with everyone. Going to EVO 1 in a month, then onto nationals next year. WooHoo.

hahahaha, that's a great way to put it. There really is so much going on with 1300+ competitors and three courses running simultaneously with 15-20 second car spacing for a week straight. And paddock is absolutely bonkers fun in the evenings with all the parties and fun going on.

Finding something local (San Diego/Cali area) with SC and PASM that is within my budget has been hard.
I am searching for the right wheels to buy too. From Ryan's build, it sounds like the Enkeis need spacers to fit street class rules?
Is the actual spec of the XRR wheels:
18x8.5 +55
18x10 +42
Strangely I'm finding difficulty finding a definite answer on this, even after googling/searching.
Also, what do people think of the RSS front sway bar with stock links? I'll likely only drive locally so I'm a bit hesitant to spend $1000 on a sway bar (to get the Tarrett with drop links).

8.5x19+55mm
10x19+42mm
Taking advantage of SCCA's +/-1" and 7mm rules, I had a set of custom Forgestars made to this spec:
8.5x18+49mm
10x18+40mm (I use them with 3mm spacers)
I did the spacers so I'd have some wiggle room for fitament, but now that I know they fit (987.2S), I'd have them made to this and forego the spacers and use normal lug bolts:
8.5x18+49mm
10x18+37mm
Ryan was on 18x8.5 & 18x10 at nationals, but I'm not sure what offset.

From the photos above, Ryan looks like he had a set of Replika R186. Not sure if that's what he ran in Lincoln. They're not light, and one end needs a spacer to be pushed out to legal width but I can't remember which. They are real cheap wheels though, probably what I would've gone with if my air-cooled car sold and I got into a Cayman.
Just the back of my head this time, but I managed to make the Speedway video again this year, I'm 3 for 3. I really like the new format.
