Porsche Connect / Connect Plus in Canada

Porsche Connect / Connect Plus in Canada
Hello ... particularly to fellow Canadians,
I'm located in Toronto area and have just ordered a new 2017 Targa 4 GTS. After ordering, I learned about Porsche Connect & Porsche Connect Plus.
These two options were not available when building my car.
Does this mean that the options are not available in Canada? Or does this mean the options are automatically a part of the 2017 911's PCM system?
I noticed that both these packages are visible as options under the Macan configurator (but not the 911 configurator). I'm, of course, using the Canada configurator in all cases.
Please help the confused! Thanks.
