Default Noob Question-DSP unit for 993TT

Pardon my Noob questions. I am looking for a DSP with automatic adjustment like the JBL MS8 but newer technology.

I have a 96 993 Turbo which isn't great for audio acoustics by today's standards.

I have recently removed the Disco looking Pioneer HU- the more I looked at the display, I just hate the aesthetics in a classic car.

I have retro-upgraded to the most recent Becker Indianapolis Pro which has decent power and sound, paired with a Kenwood excelon amp and some great Nakamichi speakers.

So, I need a recommendation for a DSP to help clean up the sound.

JBL MS8 was great but now discontinued.

I love great sound but don't want to endlessly fiddle with EQs.

I am well aware that I have to compromise on the acoustics for the "stock" look on the HU so trying to compensate between the HU and other components.

Appreciate any help or personal experience in this area- thanks for understanding my priorities with this project.
