My new turntable.
I thought the LP12 was a good, no great TT, and it was, is.
But the Thorens really sings with the Dynavector DV20 planted on the end!
I'm also using a Musical Fidelity M1 Vinyl pre amp which is great for dialing in the exact specs.
Along with the recently added Focal 1038BE's Im a very happy chappy!
Man this sounds so good!

It depends on my mood really, but I like Reggae and blues. Jazz does my head in. I also like 80's and 90's music. I'm 50 so I'm picky these days.
I'd rather have a root canal with no anesthetic than listen to classical!
But the TT is incredible on the eye for sure.

That is beautiful!
Try some good classical recordings; you may find you like them after a while.

Yeh, I have tried to listen to classical but it's just not me.
I actually find some of it quite depressing!
The only vinyl I buy these days is 180 gram pressings, and the difference is like normal CD to SACD.
The difference is huge.
