Bought a used 2011 997. Has 4 phones from previous owner in directory. I can add and delete my phone without trouble, but when I try to "delete" the previous owners phones I get a "delete failed" msg.

Any suggestions?

Just figured it out:

INFO:SOURCE:SET PCM:RESET:VEHICLE HANDOFF

Still, anyone know why I couldn't just delete the other phones on the list? Is there a delete protection setting?
