What is your primary use? HT or two channel stereo?
Honestly if your going to drop the money on the 7701 and amp there are some better receivers to be had for not much more and you don't need to go separates. If you don't mind used there are some screaming deals to be had. The B&W's are IMO not the best bang for your buck. The CM10's are overkill if you plan on going with the JL sub and don't plan on using it for two channel all that much save your money and go with the CM-9's or 8's ideally you should consider two smaller JL E110's if your looking for surround. I do agree go with the fullest speakers you can for your fronts and center but you won't notice the extra low end of the 10's in HT mode.
Is your room big enough for 7.1 if so I would consider it now since they are finally releasing BD's in 7.1 for the better movies.
