Is the usb in a 2010 version 1.1 or 2.0. Would fast stick help speed up reading by head unit?

What is the issue ? a recent HU ie 2010 should be 2.0 but if the issue is navigating music on the stick, then that wont change much what ever stick you use as that will becaused by HU if it is slow but music should play fine off any stick. I'm doubtful you could even buy a 1.1 USB stick these days
