Cayenne: Where to run audio cables?

In an 08 Cayenne, which way is easier/safer to run RCA audio cables from the dash to the trunk: Ceiling or Door Sill?

The RCA pre-amp cables are so much thicker than the line-out wires, and I have six channels!!
