I'd list it at 74k and negotiate down from there, I wouldn't take less than 65k.

When I purchased my car, I was fine with fact the PO had made "conservative" tune and mods to car. It was things I would want to do to the car anyway and on a car that listed for price of un-modded car. I think you're fine selling as is.
