Default Headlight washer

I activated my headlight washer and the motor made a motor sound and washer fluid poured out of the drivers side fender in front of the tire. No fluid sprayed out of the nozzles. I have not noticed any washer fluid leaking in that area prior to this.
I am mostly annoyed by this as I don't use the headlight washer and pulling the fuse may be my quick fix.

Anyone experience this? If yes. what was the fix?

Thanks,

Jack the car up on the drivers side, remove the front wheel liner, and you'll find a connection point for the water line that feeds the washers, just behind the left side marker. I'd suggest this is not connected properly. It's really straight forward to connect. There's a plastic C clip that holds it together and a mount point behind the side marker where it sits when installed.

Have you had your front bumper off recently? You have to disconnect this when removing the bumper, so may not have been reconnected.
