Interventional radiologist. That's minimally invasive surgery as well as all the regular radiologist stuff for those not in the field.

Not sure if you've ever been around helicopters, but, I guarantee I don't have a clean job! I am exposed to turbine oils, chemicals, and test stand grease, and grim! My job would make Mike Rowe's "Dirty Jobs" show easily. Even though I primarily test newly manufactured gearboxes and transmissions, we do test overhauled military gear boxes too.

Yes, our V-22 proprotor, and AH-1Z transmissions are big gearboxes. Lots of torque, like our cars have.
