Default Baby steps to "make it my own"

Picked up my '08 in January. I'm not a purist, I like mods, both performance and cosmetic...some of you won't care for some of the things I've done, but as has been said many times here "it's your car, do what makes you happy!"??????

So pretty much in order...clear side lights, Blendmount for the Escort, 15mm spacers on the rear, Dension module, PORSCHE windshield decal, black stone guards, and did my own oil change. I've taken road trips to the Washington Coast, to Mt Rainier, and to Whidbey Island to view the tulips...twice!

Saving for a Europipe Stage 1, and a UMW tune😁

So far, so good!!!!!

Beautiful pics! So jealous of you left coasters w/ your epic drives! EP & UMW tune is the best -- save your pennies and go for it!

I love the aerokit wing!

Did you hardwire your Escort? Where did you get the windshield sun strip?

Yes, hardwired the Escort from the fuse panel. Decal from Suncoast.

Looks great! If you didn't know, you can get a replica aerokit front spoiler on ebay for ~$110 to match your aerokit wing! Just need to have it painted. Would make a great, low cost addition to your list of mods.

Enjoy the driving season in your 997TT!

Do you have a link or picture for the aerokit front spoiler?? Obviously mine was replaced at some point in the past.

Thanks

Holes, or no holes? I think both are available...

The 997TT aerokit front lip has holes - see my avatar.

The link that was posted was the right one to purchase if you're going the ebay route.
