No affiliation, but I spoke with the owner briefly and the car seems to be well taken care of. Figured I would pass it along, as it is priced pretty aggressively. Seemed like there is some room to negotiate too...

Quite the deal if it's been maintained and the PCCBs are still in good shape.

The way that listing reads, I suspect the seller would be happy to work with a serious buyer to make a PPI happen.
Unless the car was tracked or abused, I see no reason that the PCCBs would be worn on a street driven car with 70k miles on it. FWIW, I don't see any signs of the surface having gone in the pictures, but they aren't terribly high rez, and visual inspection is not the right way to evaluate that anyway.
I'd be more curious about the clutch and the wing hydraulics, but those are (expensive) wear items on these cars.

For sure... why is everyone quick to say things are sketchy. I hated that when I sold my 996t. Yes it had tons of work done and the price seemed "good" but it still took 6 months to sell.
I emailed the guy and he was very nice, no pushiness etc. sadly I have a 1000hp c5 I need to let go before swinging any Porsche.

People... someone should pick up this car soon! Man, we are one skeptical bunch of folks sometimes. Once someone physically looks at it, then it can be decided what is toast and what is not. It looks great to me. If I was in the market, I'd be wanting to get this one - if it mostly checks out.
