Default P2272 Fault Code - Cali Smog question

Guys:

I need to take my 997.1TT for Cali Smog. The car has no CELs and is running fine. I ran a Durametric scan yesterday and I had a variety of errors:

P2099 - Post catalyst fuel trim too rich bank 2
P2272 - O2 sensor signal suck lean bank 2 sensor 2
P1095 - Air mass (HFM) ahead of throttle valve - implausible
P1095 - Air mass (HFM) ahead of throttle valve - implausible
P2198 - O2 sensor signal biased/stuck rich bank 2 sensor 2

In addition my ready status was variable:

Catalytic converter efficiency - Fail
Fuel tank ventilation - Pass
Secondary-air system - Fail
Oxygen sensors - Pass
Oxygen sensor heater - Pass

So, I cleared the errors and immediately rechecked things - all readiness sensors were "Fail". This morning I did a OBD-2 drive cycle as directed on other threads and then drove about 50 miles after. Again, no CEL and car is running fine. I just checked with Durametric again and came up with:

P2272 - O2 sensor signal stuck lean bank 2 sensor 2

All readiness monitors were Pass.

So, what I am looking for is any ideas on what is going on here. Is it likely that I need to change the O2 sensors? Also, any idea on if this is something that needs to be addressed before Cali Smog or is it likely that I am good to go given that all readiness sensors are Pass?

Finally:
2007 Porsche 911 Turbo
50,500 miles
GIAC Tune
Kline SS Exhaust with 200 cell cats
And other stuff that shouldn't matter...

Id flash it to stock, replace both sec o2 sensors, dive it a few days normal driving then recheck.

I bought the car with the tune and have a handheld GIAC loader...but for some reason am afraid of trying to flash back to stock and then somehow bricking my ECU. Don't know why...just very nervous about it.

Looking at PET, I see 2 parts:

997 606 128 02 - oxygen sensor in front of catalytic converter
997 606 138 02 - oxygen sensor after catalytic converter

Any ideas which one is the secondary? I thought that normally the main/primary O2 sensor is after the cat?

I can't speak for the GIAC procedure, but I can tell you with my Cobb I have unflashed/reflashed several times with no probs. (Seems like some folks around here change their ECU tune as often as their underwear.) I did flash back to stock for my last smog; scanned codes and readiness before driving over. However I did not have any of those codes -- O2 sensors sound plausible and a quick stop at a qualified shop is not a bad idea.

Where are you located?

Cool. Your flasher should be perfectly fine no problem. Never had any issues in the past. When you're done you can hit read to verify what program it's in also. But California rolls have gotten a little bit crazy. You can't even have an upgraded air filter!

Having once bricked an ecu, I totally get you! That's the one thing I don't mess with, I just sent the whole thing to fvd Germany to get fixed, tuned and sealed. Never an issue with emissions with the fvd.
