Default Cab Top Service?

The Owners Manual Maintenance book requests Cab Top Service every 20k miles.

What does this service include?

Any help for a fellow DIY'er is appreciated.

Paying the dealer $400 to put it up and down and then maybe spritzing it with some oil.

I would guess it is clearing out the drains. Depending on where you live and if you are parked outside with lots of foliage. Any good auto trim shop will blow out the drains for $100.

I have a turbo cab as well. I just cleaned out the drains and it is quite simple to do. Raise the roof to the top service position which exposes the drains on either side of the car (roughly in line with the turbo inlets). I simply took a small vacuum hose I had laying around and fed it through the opening and hooked up my shop air to the tube and blew it out slowly with a low psi on the regulator. Took 5 mins.

Thx. Yep.......the drains are an easy clean.
Check the front drains too.......located either side of the battery. Again, easy - vacuum the big stuff, blow the small stuff through.
