I was looking at my underneath my manual transmission and run into what looks like a fill plug

This is the fill plug located on the passenger side rear axle. It's the bolt with the hex bolt.

Anyone know what it is

I know it's not the tranny fill plug. Fill plug is on driver side as I have done the flush like 2 years ago. I was just wondering if that's a certain fill or drain plug for that matter and if anyone know what it is
