Default best bang for the buck rear led tail lights?

i'm in the process of a very very slow polish job where i'm taking it down and polishing all the scratches, swirls, acid rain out of the car. while i'm there i'm taking rear lights out. do you guys have a set that you all prefer? i've read how some of them break or cause error lights.

thanks,
sid

I think FVD sells the Depo LED tail light. There is one version for US spec cars and one for ROW cars. The US spec lights won't cause error messages. I can't speak to the long term reliability.

I think the solid read OE tail lights are the best looking option for the 997.1.

Just put a set of FVD in my 2009. Got the error lights a few times, unplugged and plugged back in a few times. Error gone, and hasnt come back. Very happy with them. I believe they are just the depo/dectane sold elsewhere under various names.

Even my wife liked them.....so I didnt get in too much trouble!

I had a set of spyder (smoked) for awhile and they were fine (no errors) but got tired of the smoked and got some depot lights and they are good also. As far as bang for the buck the spyder are way cheaper and seem to work just as well.
