Default Coilover Install Question

Hey guys,
Today I'll be replacing my shock mounts because one broke yesterday.

To remove the front shocks, do we have to remove the axle nut like a 996?
If so, can it be reused?
If not, are they any tricks or tips to removing these?

Thanks in advance

Drew

No you don't. I was able to remove the shock tower by removing the inner axle bolts from the diff. This allows more movement on the hub assembly.

Thanks for the idea!
I actually just popped the output shaft out. Once I was finished, I just took a dowel and mallet and popped it back in.
