Default Low Cost Titanium Lug Bolts

We bought a brand new CNC Swiss Screw Machine this year and we are doing a large machining run of titanium for a customer. I decided to use this opportunity to make some lug bolts for the Porsche and will be running them this weekend. We will use the factory style lug bolt with the floating ball seat just like Porsche uses but we can now offer these at a really significant savings.

I am trying to gauge how many sets I should make.

I will sell them for $250.00 for a set of 20.

Can you do these in extended lengths? I have 7mm spacers on the front and 15mm on rear so would need 10Xfactory +5mm (37mm thread length)and 10Xfactory+15mm(45mm thread length).
if that can be done I'm in for a set.

Let me display my ignorance for all to see.
Will they fit standard wheels on a 996 C4S, as well?
I see no reason they would not, but...educate me, if not.
I'm interested in a set, BTW.

Maybe in the future, this weekend I am only going to be running standard length.

I may be interested in the spacer-compatible length too. What's the approximate weight savings vs steel?

They are about 1/3 the weight of standard lug bolts.

Out of interest, is there any performance benefits with the bolts being 1/3 the weight of the standard ones? Keeping unsprung weight down is important for handling but I don't think the bolts will make that much of a difference.

Only if your last name is something like Tandy or Bamber.
