Probably already know this, but be careful with the offsets if you're buying used. I saw several sets of advertised sets that clearly wouldn't fit a turbo, only a NB car. Just something to keep in mind.

The centerlock GT2RS wheels are some of my favorites, and where I was headed before I found a set of HRE CL40's I couldn't pass up. (Good price and local)

I put an extra set of OEM Replicas on mine....Just to have an extra set for a change sometimes...Not as nice as these bad boys you see on here, but gives you an idea of the look on a black Turbo

They look good. Cast or forged?

Looks great.

Are they gen 2 GT2 RS or GT3 RS wheels? Just wondering if you've got 8.5" or 9" fronts and what tire size your running, 235 or 245 etc

I've just bought GT2 RS wheels for my Gen 2 turbo. They are 9" fronts, plan to run 245 Cup Sport 2 (GT2 RS spec) which is chunky, unsure if I'll need those GT2 RS winglets. I know they will fit fine, just unsure how much tyre will stick out of fender, hence Porsche stuck those winglets on.

Or I can run OEM tyre sizes ever so slightly stretched but would prefer the wider tyres front and rear.

Hi, these are the Gen2 GT2RS wheels. 19x12 rear with 325 and 19x9 front with 245. The fronts do stick out about 1/4 of an inch from the fender arch, but it looks great and I didn't feel like I needed the winglets.

Mine too. 9" with Michelins do that (they run big anyway). The RS's have front fender flares though, so they don't stick out on those cars.

Thank you. From what I recall, they are cast. While not the greatest wheels on the planet, I did weigh them all and the OEMs and they only added ~ 8 lbs. for all 4 wheels. Just wanted something a little different to change up the wheels at times.

I still have my OEM mounted in the attic above my garage ready to go too

Yeah...Built the ramps so I could roll up on the lift without losing that front lip. I cannot lower the car or I would tear it up driving around where I live...

And thanks on the lip....it is a non-oem , and I painted it Basalt Black Metallic and cleared it to match.

Ah thanks for that, what tyres are you running? If your running cups and they only stick out 1/4 inch happy days, also what suspension? Does suit your car very well.

Has put my mind at ease, just got to decide on colour now lol

Hi OP, here are some 997.1 GT2 wheels refinished in GT silver. Tires are stock turbo size in MPSS.
