Default PPI on a Gen1 997 Turbo

Hi everyone, I am trying to arrange a PPI on a 09 997 Turbo. My question is which things are "must" for the PPI? I understand if I take it to a Porsche dealership they will charge me two hours and do some general inspection including a DME report. Is it true that compression test for newer Porsche is usually not required? Would they normally check for any structural damage and previous body works as well?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

I would ask the shop doing the PPI for specifics on what they will, and will not do during the PPI. Every shop is different in what they perform. I have found that paint metering is not common and I feel it's a must for any purchase. A compression test is a good idea if the car has some mileage on it from what I've been told. If the PPI shop you're looking at to do the work doesn't normally check something that you'd like them to, I would either go to another shop or confirm that they will do it and if there's an extra cost to do so.
