Default 2010 for sale for $75K

I'll never own a green car but this looks like a good value for someone who likes the color...

No affiliation with seller and I have no information on the condition etc...

997.2TT selling for the same price as 997.1TT. Am I wrong to assume 997.1TT has gradually increase in values.

Not big on green cars either, but the yellow PCCB calipers look very nice with this one.

It's listed in the Haight in SF. That the front lip (which for anyone considering this car is sacrificial and cheap to replace) is in pretty sad shape. I'm going to suggest that the two are related.

I end up driving in SF quite a bit, and I have to say that the turbo is not my preferred vehicle there.

Having just bought another 997.1tt, I can tell you the market on good low mile 6mt cars has firmed up significantly over the last 10 months.

First, If he had any marketing skills the seller would have replaced that lip before taking photos. Second, knowing SF I can bet with 90% confidence the car was either parked in a very tight community garage or on the street which means it has door dings and scuffs all over both bumpers including scratches. It's priced below market value so it likely does not present well in person. All IMO of course.

Agreed... I was shopping for the better half of a year and finally pulled the trigger last November on a .1 MT.. I've continued to keep my eyes on what's out there, and the availability has definitely dropped a fair bit while the prices are steady to higher.

Having said that, this particular car still looks a bit under priced. I'd wager there's a story to it that's not advertised.

Possibly, it's amazing how some cars look so good on the Internet then you see them in person and know in 2 minutes it's a car you'd never buy.
