It's possible that it's the slave, accumulator or both, or just simply out of fluid or leak some where.
More info is needed.

Any fluid spills on the ground under the car?
How about in the frunk, the clutch reservoir is it empty? Has it leaked out?
How about the Power Steering reservoir in the engine compartment? Have you checked the fluid level?

I had a leak, and a similar scenario with the pedal. It required a new Slave and Accumulator, bleed the system, new pentison and all is well...

It look like you need to replace both accumulator and slave cylinder, my stealership charged me almost $3500 for labor and parts and two years warranty. Sorry but it happened too common on our cars

I just replaced both the accumulator and the slave cylinder on my 2008 yesterday. The CPO really paid off with this fix. Warranty repair!

If there is no fluid on the ground, the clutch reservoir might be too low. It's the small green tank on the drivers side of the battery. Fill it to the max line and pump the pedal a few dozen times and see what happens. If some air made it's way into the system, you will need to bleed it out. (11mm on the slave cylinder).

Thanks for the tips guys!

I looked at the reservoir and it was empty. I filled her up (started the car) and about 150 pumps later I now have my pedal! However it sounds like a bit of fluid squirts out with every pump but it would be enough to get me to the shop!

Thanks guys pretty sure its the slave, going with the EVOMS gt2 conversion and be done with it.

Common problem. Had this happen on my '07, clutch & accumulator, all covered by CPO. There was a puddle under the driver side front of the car.
