Default Drive!!

I put about 130 miles on my car today, first real drive in about 3 months, went downtown and did some shopping and just drove around. When I was pulling in the driveway I was kind of wishing the day was longer. I could literally drive this car all day long, it still hasn't gotten old.

My envy. I haven't driven my since the end of November. Waiting for the weather to break so I can start my Spring detail. Too long of a winter in the North East.

Is it an insurance matter?

I just took mine out for 5 x 20 min track sessions at Carolina Motorsports Park for the first time with the new Europipe exhaust and PTF tune! After a couple sessions, I decided to drive with it in Sport mode instead of Sport+ because the throttle response was so sensitive with the increased power that I had to be very careful not to break the back end loose in two of the turns on the course. Damn I love this car. Need to find a drag strip somewhere to see what it can do in straight line too!

Mine is my DD, but usually very short drives (office is 1.6 miles from home, and kids' schools a few miles away). Whenever I take a longer drive (especially away from traffic), it always puts grins on my face. The last really long drive was to Rennsport Reunion IV (L.A. to Monterey), can't believe its been 3.5 years already, and in 6 months heading to RRV.

These cars are magical when you get out and drive them. Yes, DRIVE!
