Default Looking at a 997.1

Starting the process of finding the right 911 for me. First car I am starting to look at and need some advice.
It is a 2007 911 TT for sale at a porsche dealer. White exterior with black interior. Manual car with chrono, and adaptive sport seats. They are doing service to it which includes Tires and brakes. Has over revs in stage 1-3 and a couple in stage 4. Happened 30K miles ago. Two owner car, front bumper has been resprayed. Price somewhere around 62K. Is the car priced accordingly, and are the over revs a problem. Any kind of help will be appreciated on any aspect of this potential purchase. Thanks Todd

Is the car offered with a CPO?

Porsche won't CPO a car with stage 4 over revs unless the local dealer performs a compression leak down test (or so I've been told). That being said, it seems that stage 4 over revs aren't that unusual. Personally I don't think it's a deal breaker. How many miles has the car been driven since the incident? How many stage 4 over revs are registered?
