07 Turbo price
I am thinking about taking the plunge into turbo territory. What is a reasonable price for a 07 , 6speed with 27,000 miles. Excellent condition. Thanks for the responses.

I just paid $70k for an 07 TT Tip with 29,000 miles in immaculate condition and with decent options (sport chrono, nav, Bose) in Atlas Grey. Sold by a dealer. California car.

The responses to this thread got my curiousity going and I just did a cars.com search in my area. Much to my surprises prices were a good $5K-$8K higher than I expected. Found at least three 07 manual turbos with 30K-35K miles priced for $75K-$78K. For comparison I paid $75K 2 yrs ago for an 07 with 23K miles. Was 100% sure they'd be closer to $70K.
What gives? Last of the 911 TT models with a manual helping support demand and hence prices?

Basically, yes. Last of the good ones. Prices on 997.1tt cars have stabilized, in part thanx to the astronomical 200k price of a new one.
You got a killer deal on your car, probably an anomaly at the time.

yeah what ever happened to that theory that 997 TT owners were going to flood the market with supply, thereby crushing prices, in a rush to upgrade to 991TTs?

If I had to estimate I'd say low $70's/high $60's should be the price for one with 29k miles.
Listings have been higher recently because of peak buying season.
Options typically don't add anything to the price. Some people don't want PCCB's because they want to take the car to the track. A lot of people prefer the red top calipers because of the expense so in some ways it can even be a detriment.

You have to be patient and have your finances ready when the right deal comes along.
I got my 2008 997.1 tt Tiptronic with 9,800 miles, ceramic brakes, HRE wheels, one owner with clean Carfax from a consignor for $68.5 K two months ago after looking for about 3 months. I called and wired the money within 3 hours and got the car.
When I flew in to get the car the seller told me he should have listed the car higher. This car was bought in Oklahoma City, OK and listed on Auto Trader.
The pics of the car can be found here: http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/9...-997-1-tt.html
Good luck with your search and stay patient.

Paid $80k even on my one-owner CPO '07 6MT with 12k miles 2.5 years ago. Sounds like things haven't changed a whole lot since then. That's a nice surprise.
