GMG Porsche 997 Turbo Exhaust



The GMG Porsche 997 Turbo exhaust system increases overall performance, enhances the sound, and reduces weight. Handcrafted out of T304 Stainless steel and meticulously TIG welded to aerospace specifications with great precision, the system is lighter than the factory system and displays a level of quality that is unsurpassed. Weighing 37 pounds, the GMG exhaust system is 20 percent lighter than the factory system.

The system features German made 200 cell sport catalysts that are OBD2 compliant with proper 02 sensor placement to ensure no CEL (Check Engine Light) and a crossover x-pipe to increase power by balancing exhaust gas pulse coming from the engine and adds to the signature sound that only the GMG system can offer.

The crossover x-pipe works by balancing the exhaust pulses from either side — or cylinder bank – of the engine. It allows the exhaust to flow down the path of least resistance while speeding up exhaust velocity. At lower revs, turbulence is formed as exhaust gases try to shuffle past a second column of gases coming from the other side. While always producing more power than the restrictive factory system, exhaust speed is increased as the engine revs increase. The X-Pipe merges the exhaust into two uniform streams, allowing a smooth flow from engine to exhaust exit.

Stainless steel packing is used our mufflers to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures and high intensity acoustic pressures that are generated by the turbo system that is located within very close proximity. This is one of the key advantages of the GMG exhaust system since most other exhaust systems uses fiberglass packing instead to lower costs, and they are prone to rapid deterioration. The exhaust system is a direct bolt on replacement for the factory system and includes all necessary hardware.

GMG Porsche 997 Turbo Headers




The latest GMG Porsche 997.1 Turbo exhaust manifold system is handcrafted from the 304 stainless steel and features equal length tubing and large 3 into 1 merge collectors. The GMG system is designed to reduce exhaust back pressure and complements the 997 Turbo's capabilities with improved throttle response and an increase in power and torque output. Utilizing equal length tubing and large 3 into 1 merge collectors, smoother flow of exhaust gases is achieved.

To prevent premature cracking or warping, the GMG manifolds utilize laser cut flanges and turbo flanges are meticulously TIG welded. Proper welding technique is very critical for turbo headers due to the high stresses they see when in use. Thicker stainless tubing is used versus standard thin wall stainless to reduce heat and to direct more exhaust energy to the turbochargers. The GMG Porsche 997 Turbo exhaust manifold system is designed to work with the factory turbochargers as a bolt-on replacement.

About the RS Pro Line

The RS Pro line offers the best high performance club sport damper available today. Combining the best aspects of our RS and 2-way racing damper, the RS Pro gives the owner ultimate suspension tuning ability while maintaining compliance for driving on public roads. A monotube double adjustable damper with adjustable gas pressure, the RS Pro offers an increased adjustment range allowing the user to tune the car to their needs further. The RS Pro is available as a complete kit with springs and mounting hardware.

Taking club sport performance to the next level, the RS Pro has a remote canister with a digressive blow off system. Digressive blow off allows for a stiff compression valving while maintaining smooth response. The result is a damper that provides ultra solid platform with smooth bump compliance. JRZ standard 22mm piston rods maximize flow to the blow off valve response to great chassis control without using a high spring rate. To customize track to track setups and tailor the chassis to the JRZ RS Pro has an extra large adjustment range. GMG Porsche 997 Turbo Adjustable Sway Bar




The GMG Adjustable Sway Bar Kit for the Porsche 997 Turbo helps reduce body roll and offers a wide range of adjustments to fine tune the vehicle handling characteristics.

Featuring hollow tube bars that have 3 adjustment points in the front and in the rear, the GMG sway bars offers an increase in stiffness over the stock bars and a wide range of adjustability. The objective of a sway bar is to reduce body roll and stabilize a vehicle under lateral forces. Having the adjustability permits the roll stiffness to be tuned by increasing or reducing the length of the lever arms for different situations without replacing the entire bar. To improve the responsiveness of the vehicle, polyurethane bushings are utilized instead of rubber because the rubber flexes, compresses, and stretches when put under stress.

The GMG adjustable sway bar kit is designed and manufactured by Eibach exclusively for GMG. Through the motorsports partnership, GMG developed lowering spring kits for high performance street applications using the data and knowledge gained over the years from professional racing in the ALMS and Pirelli World Challenge Series. The result is the improvement in the handling without costing thousands of dollars like the bladed racing versions that are used on race cars.

GMG Front & Rear Bump Toe Steer Kit





The GMG bump & toe steer will give you the toe adjustment needed that is not available with stock links and minimize bump steer. This kit is highly recommended for vehicles that have been lowered with aftermarket lowering springs or a full coilover suspension kit.

In addition to adjusting toe, it will also allow you to correct bump steer. A car that bump-steers requires constant steering adjustment to maintain a steady trajectory over uneven surfaces. The result is an annoying steering wheel jerk whenever you go over any bumps in the road, and bump steer becomes more severe with lowered ride height.

The adjusting link has a left and right hand thread on each end. Rotating the link will increase or decrease the overall length of the arm. A precision Teflon lined spherical rod end replaces the compliant rubber factory bushing for improved suspension response and feedback, and also reduces toe changes during acceleration and deceleration. The result is improved stability and control.


GMG Porsche 997 RSR Adjustable Thrust Arms



The GMG RSR Thrust Arms are direct replacements for the factory arms, and it will precision caster adjustability and improve handling.
The adjusting link has a left and right hand thread on each end. Rotating the link will precisely increase or decrease the overall length of the arm.

Spacers included for setting stock or anti-squat and anti-dive configurations. A precision Teflon lined spherical rod end replaces the compliant factory rubber bushing for improved suspension response and feedback.

GMG Porsche 997 Thrust Arm Bushings



The GMG Thrust Arm Bushing Kit replaces the flexible factory rubber thrust arm bushings to significantly improve handling and responsiveness of the vehicle.
Stock rubber bushings compress under load, causing unwanted caster changes in both front and rear suspension under acceleration and deceleration.

This allows the alignment to wander and makes the car less predictable. Our solid aluminum design eliminates compression to hold alignment settings precisely with minimal effect on road noise transmissions into the cabin. Compatible with all stock lower control arms, as well as adjustable GT3 and Porsche Motorsport Cup arms, each kit is sold as a set of 4 for both the front and rear arms.


GMG Porsche 997 Rear Adjustable Upper Control Arms Kit



The GMG Dog Bone Kit are a direct replacement for the factory rear upper control arm links to allow adjustment of track width and kinematic toe. Each adjusting link has a left and right hand thread on each end. Rotating the link will increase or decrease the overall length of the arm. In addition to added adjustability, precision Teflon lined spherical rod ends replace the compliant factory rubber bushings for improved suspension response and feedback

The GMG Monoball A-Arm Kit replaces the rubber lower control arm bushings and will signifigently improve the handling and feedback from the vehicle. Sold as a kit of 4, this kit is a must for track cars and they are very compliant for street use with minimal road noise being transmitted to cabin

GMG Porsche RSR Roll Bar



The GMG RSR roll bar features a 2 piece design and 1.5” diameter 4130 chrome-moly tubing that has been meticulously TIG welded for superior strength and rigidity. The 2 piece design allows the bar to be mounted to the front seat belt mounts and to the rear strut towers (stronger mounting points) whereas the factory Tequipment bar mounts only to the front and rear seatbelt mounts. Bolt-in installation is accomplished by using Inner Diameter Tube Clamps that are CNC turned and milled for a precise fit. These unique joints allow us to eliminate the more traditional slip fit tubes with an unsightly through-bolt and nut. This design does not only provide superior protection but it also stiffens the chassis, improving the responsiveness and handling of vehicle, and allows for ease of installation.
