Low mile 997 Turbo prices-2008
Looking around for a low mile 997 Turbo, found a few, one just sold for 92k
with aero kit and lower springs, others I have seen are mid to high 90s.
Found another, 700 hp Champion kit, wheels and springs, listed at 105k.
Inputs?

They are out there and the 2007-2009 TT's are *basically* the same. You can search the threads here on the slight changes for '09.
If you keep things for a long long time look for a 2009 MT as those are the last of the beloved engine. If you want the best value then get an '07 as they have depreciated the most.
With winter right around the corner prices will continue to fall. Specially the cushy 991TT is also coming soon...
Get the nicest and as loaded of a TT as possible since those are the best values. Prices are hovering around $80K +/- $5k for the most part...

My friend did find one for $69k. He got lucky. He found a guy that lost his job and could not keep up with the payments.
Keep looking and be patient. You will find the right one for you

I wouldn't rule out much on miles alone. For example, I'd take a 30K+ miler with a full service history over a 15K miler with no service history.
I agree that 20K is probably the closest line denoting "low miles." Under 10K requires another premium.
One owner, full proper service history, excellent PPI, excellent condition, and 50K miles would be fine with me, particularly for a 2009--newer PCM, factory Bluetooth and iPhone connection.
Expanding on the 2007-2009 model comments above, you might find that 2008 models are relatively abundant because the 2007s cost less, all else equal, and the 2009s have a couple of upgrades, most notably the PCM, that help justify the premium. The 2008s are kinda in limbo, which should have the effect of driving down prices closer to the 2007s.

I was looking at the same exact car and also even talked with one of the sales at champion porsche, but none of the stock parts come with the car..

Who will CPO this? Based on the information I know a dealer can not CPO this car, it can not have those mods and get a Porsche CPO is what I have been told.

Champion is a Porsche dealer and they can warranty a car if they want to. Champion has always been a "Mod friendly" dealer. The will not void warranty on mods as long as they are the ones that do them (the mods.)

As per the above post. Champion would CPO the car but a lot of other dealers
still will not honor anything having to do with the mods, all the other stuff yes,
radio, seats, heater, etc.... Question is, is it worth 2.5k for a CPO that will not
be honored by my local dealer. Champion will however stand behind their mods,
might have to ship the car to them but they will fix it, they just did one for a guy
in CO. Champion seems to have a stellar rep so I am going to pass on the CPO
and go for the car as is. Should be a blast to drive, but might need the GT2
rear sway, we will see.

If I were you, I would consider paying Champion the CPO fee. The fact that a local dealer wouldn't cover a $15,000 engine repair is of little consequence, as long as Champion will, and I'd want to do what I could to ensure that such a thing would be covered. There are plenty of things that could go wrong that The Champion mods might not be responsible for. $2,500 to guard against catastrophe isn't much IMO.
