Default Rear Valence

Hello folks,

Thinking about getting a Tech art style rear valence, one which will cost less than the prep and install labor

I am also considering the GT2 side skirts to go with the valence too.

Any ideas?

I've heard even Techart's rear valence is not trouble free when it comes to fitment, finish and prep is not an issue like Rotec. I think the rear is much more complete with this mod.

Only side skirts I would ever consider would be GT2, they are subtle and fit as they should being OEM.

Did you get a new bumper yet?

Agree with Tom.. GT2 Side skirts.. They look great and don't cost too much. And I have a two friends that have the Tech Art rear diffuser. It fit perfectly with no issues and looks great. The Rotec has issues according to Tom and Art. Maybe it's worth spending the extra coin for the Tech Art and save yourself some headaches..

Working on getting the repairs done, hopefully soon

Since I am getting the bumper resprayed any way, might as well get the diffuser/side skirts and finish it off.

Not sure If I have coin for genuine TA side skirts though

Anyway, how about one of these two options?

From what I've read stay away from and Wicked Motorsports parts period!
I have precision porsche on my car and bodyshop had no issue with side skirts, rear valance or GT2 type rear spoiler says it fit perfect and well made.

Phil- good input, only thing to note about actual TA pieces is they do not come with carbon fiber overlay, so the center section which is usually not painted will have the polyurethane finish, someone correct me if I'm wrong. One of the benefits of going with a Chinese knock off I guess.

C2- Precision Porsche/wicked/Rotec all likely use the same manufacturer(s), at least from a geographic standpoint. Note the actual images shown are from TA. Dont' expect perfection, you get what you pay for. But again there are also many happy customers who have purchased the replicas.(knockoffs)

Art can chime in anytime.

Had to attach a pic of GT2 skirts and Rottec rear

Tom,

I sell Precision stuff on the other forum and can guarantee you that we do not bring in anything from overseas as all our stuff are made inhouse.

C2turbo, since I'm not a sponsor here, please pm me any questions you may have concerning our diffuser. I sold killingmesoftly all the parts on his car and he can attest to the quality/fitment.

Here are pics of other PP stuff on my turbo

^Edwin- I apologize for misspeaking, good to know.

Do you guys offer a carbon overlay piece or just PU material?

Tom, no problem bud... no need to apologize

Our stuff is all fiberglass (no PU). On your question about CF overlay, yes we do offer that (my rear diffuser has CF overlay in the middle).
