2007 997.1 TT -- What's a fair market price?

The 993 is an insanely great Pcar (hanging on to it) but I've been craving more power. As a PO of a 997.1, I found the rocket-like acceleration a blast...I can only imagine the TT!
I just found a very nice 2007 997.1 TT Coupe. It has 22,000 miles, 6spd and the asking price is $80,900. Options include adaptive seats, chrono, diff lock, heated seats, seat crest, has full records, and new tires. Car is in excellent condition, non-smoker, no track time, no accidents, clean Carfax (for what it's worth), no stories. I was hoping to get a car with at least 1-2 yrs CPO left, but this one has just two months left on CPO.
I'll get a PPI done prior to purchase, so this assumes no significant issues or overrevs are discovered.
There's not a lot of good data in the market. Heck, I can't even find data for how options affect market value. Does $80K seem about right for this one?
Appreciate all feedback and opinions...

Yeah, I think I owned a 993 at some point... But I've forgotten all about it now that I have the 997TT!
Getting a 997.1TT with CPO will be difficult. However with only 22K miles you can get a pretty decent deal on a Fidelity Platinum insurance for 3-5 years. That's what I did. Gives you a piece of mind for sure.

I think that's a little on the high side esp with 22k miles.

Mine had the same options plus cf, 3k mikes with two yr cpo dealer 82k..in December.
This is the height of the market season right now, it sounds like a great car, 76-78k would be fair. Unless you buy from a p dealer who can do a two yr cpo, as ilko said, a car with much warranty left is gonna be rare.

^I agree with the Surgeon! I went to a Porsche dealer today and the prices are holding on the 7TT manuals for sure!!! I would say if the car is nicely loaded, and clean, and clean PPI (done by a good technician and not a blind intern) go for it and enjoy the summer...
Remember, Pcar dealers can CPO a Porsche upto 7-8 years old I think?
OT: TTSurgeon, I love your new Avator! what's the story if I may ask?

~$77K is ballpark fair value for an 07 with 22K miles
I'm sure you can talk them down a few K
Good luck!

I had a 993S for many years (heck, my user name was 993S, still is on other Porsche forums) but a 997 turbo is such a special car the only thing the 993S did best was being like a painting...great to look at.
911993, Curious to see if the 993 will become a 'painting' as well once you have a 997 turbo.

I recently just bought my 07 TT and I agree with everybody else that you can find something very nice for 75-77K with new CPO's (2 yrs) on them. If you're willing to be patient you can do even better. Good luck.

I agree on price but want to discuss mileage. 22k on a 6-7 year old car is roughly 3400 mi/yr. Are you suggesting this is high? On a Ferrari, I would agree but Porsche is known as the "everyday super car" and I believe it's true. Mine has 32k over four years and there are many here on RL with much higher mileage that are still going strong.

80 is too much for that car. Shop around.. Lots of Turbos out there and dealers are way out of line with prices...80 for an 07 is silly.
I paid 77 for mine 3 years ago fully loaded with PCCB's and all desireable options.

Simply what anyone is willing to pay, that is what dictates the market. Not graphs, trends, history. Just simply the immediate negotiation and the mindset of the seller. In my particular case the seller was desperate. Which believe or not was the Porsche dealer.
