Default 18" snow tires?

any of your fine folks use 18" wheels and tires in the winter?

If so, what size tire?

If I recall correctly, with PCCB you have to stay with the 19" wheels. With BigReds you can go to 18" wheels and buy some C4S 18" wheels. The recommended winter wheel/tire sizes are in the manual.

My choice I have PCCB = you are buying a TTS?
235/35/19 (25.47") and 285/30/19 (25.73") or 295

I was told that my 18" track wheels would fit on 997.2 PCCB?

I am looking at 2010-2011 TT and TTS.
I have come across a couple of 2010+ TT with PCCB for $10-15k less then the 2010+TTS.

I cant see the TTS being 10-15k better then a TT....... It is like the TTS is just more loaded with options and perhaps tuning software?

^ Yeah...you can be 100% right. I have different information on the wheels, but I may not have done enough research.

I hear you on the cost difference...

I just use 19" snows on my stock rims. No issues. I don't think 18s will fit those pccbs either.

Porsche does not allow 18" on PCCB equipped cars. But some 18" wheels do fit.
Up to you if you want to do it.
But why ? Snow tires in 19" are available.
