Default Price for my 997TT 2007

My wife is pregnan and a 997 TT 2007 is not the best everyday car for a guy in my situation.

Question

How much can I ask for a 2007 Porsche 997TT, tiptronic with 44000 miles, CPO until January 2015, silver with 0 modifications and never race. The car is in perfect conditions.

Please let me know how much I could get for it and where is the best place to publish it.

The car is in Maryland

Thank you

Depends on miles and condition, 60-80k, wide range based on the info.
Why not just lease a second car, some non descript SUV or sedan?
Edit just saw 44k miles excellent cond, if that's the case mid 60s-low 70s.

^^^ agree with TTsurgeon. Lease a simple SUV for $300-$350 and continue to enjoy the TT.

my wife is expecting as well, but she doesn't like the Pcar anyway......I'd say if you have the means, buy another car!

Look at the 3-year lease Honda just announced for their 2013 Fit EV (electric): $259.00/mo., unlimited miles, no down, all options, includes 240 volt charging unit (3 hours to completely charge), 82 mpge combined, 105 mpge city, Honda also pays for your comp. insurance and all maintenance. This is the best lease deal I've ever seen! I'm thinking about it for my DD to/from the train station. My C-GTS costs at least that much in gas every month. Not affiliated with Honda.

BTW-IMO $70-75K but that depends upon color/s, options, etc.

I've been doing a lot of research on 07 TT's as I've been in the market to buy one. I'd say based on the condition, miles and the fact that it's CPO'd that you could advertise it for around 75-78K which leaves some room to move. It also depends on your options- sport chrono, adaptive sport seats, LSD.... etc. The CPO is a nice value-add.

I'd recommend AutoTrader to advertise. I'm currently selling my C2S and I've had the most hits from them. I also have it listed on this site as well as 6speedonline.com. I even posted it on Ebay, my auction ends in a couple of days so I can't speak to its usefulness.

Good luck if you decide to sell.

Hey there. I am in the wholesale business and take an interest in the 997T market since its the car I drive. Galves trade in is $55400, Manheim data is posted below. These cars (45k miles) are exchanging hands from $62 to $67k at dealerships. I would estimate used car dealerships to buy your car for $55 - $58k. If you want to entertain a wholesale offer, PM me.

If wholesale is 55, you're probably looking at hi 60s at best.

Forget the sale. Plenty of room for kids in any 911.

Shot of my then 7 yr old in the front of my first 911 ('99 996 C2 Cab).

Good luck with the sale (if you have to), and better luck with your new arrival!

Sure. Galves trade in is $63925 , Galves market ready is $66225. Manheim for 2008 Turbos posted below. The manual 2008's seem to be worth from $73k to $78k. FWIW, I bought my 2008 Macadamia Metallic on Natural Brown $147k sticker with 57k miles for $63500 + shipping from a dealer. Keep in mind, while my car is a sport chrono, 6spd, 1 owner clean carfax car - it is brown which hurts the value by about 5%.
