LOVE the car, great thread. Thanks for showing the big effort.

(gold rims are not my taste, but who cares)

Slowly but surely...more detail stuff. They test fired the stereo and I've been told it sounds awesome. We kept the stock front sub and added a one 13TW5 JL flat sub in the rear with Hertz separates and amps all the way around. Andrew@C2Design is going to tinker with a Raspberry Pi kit so that we can try and integrate an onboard computer for surfing the web and streaming video...not sure if it'll work in a automotive platform but it's worth a look at...

Rear trunk lid with shortened wing base and side skirts will be ready to be put on the car on Monday.

Glove compartment handle on new leather...

Kenwood DNX double DIN head-unit...

New dash gauge bezel...love this piece...

rotes...here is my SL65 wide body build going on simultaneously to this build...

http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/m...-pictures.html

More assembly...Chris@C2Design noticed that the right air vent had the carbon fiber weave going the wrong way so we will have to get it redone. That is why I love these guys...do it right or don't do it at all!

- Steering wheel is done and should be shipped back to the shop tomorrow
- TCU pulled out for upgrade and ECU is awaiting the flash cable for the upgraded tune (that'll come back with the upgraded TCU)

Pics from steering wheel company...we sent them the leather and they modified the OE steering wheel to be a bit thicker. The central trim surrounding the air bag is in CF, too.

This is going to be one of the best cars on the road when you're finally done.

Steering wheel came in and Chris@C2Design said it is top notch in person. The TCU is getting reworked.

Made an executive decision and went full carbon on the side mirrors...and upgraded to Gen2 (2009 and up...mines a 2008).
