The 997TT sure is "Exhausting"
997TT came to me "snarling" with HJS 200 Cell 63.5mm Cats+FabSpeed Straight pipes.... while i loved the sound and snarl, being one that gets chronic migraines... the on/off drone at highway speeds was basically the same as a 458 with sport exhaust (low sound at any throttle input)....
So i opted for the Version 2 Fabspeed Mufflers w/ 63.5mm 200 Cell Cats... while the drone was gone (completely) and the exhaust had a nice tone to it... (quiet but not silent like stock)... i missed the snarl and growl and just overall "pissed at the world" sound the car once had before....
Today ordered up the fabspeed X pipe and 70mm HJS 200 cell cats (4 resonators in the X pipe).. and also opted for their Quad tips since it seems almost impossible to find damn tips anywhere for sale online! (would think china would start making them already!)
I wish i took video's of each sound, and could upload... technically i could get sound from the latter 2... but i'm just hoping the X pipe has a nice tone, maybe some pops and burbles... and of course a lack of drone!.
lastly, thank you Chris, Schane, and Alex @ Fabspeed for putting up with my questions and getting everything built up... Hopefully the Fab doesn't take long!
