Default Gundo-hack for a TT?

Hey - not to hijack the thread (and with my limited knowledge of the TT exhaust system this may be a stupid question) but is there anything similiar to a 'Gundo-hack' for the TT that would be a good alternative?

Thought that'd be the case. Did it make any power at all? Or did it just give the to be expected bad resonant noise on inside....like a cheap noisy ricer with rusted muffler.

-No power(well before i flash the car)
-Cheap noise like a 92 Toyota Corolla with a rusted muffler (yes) but it's not bad on the inside...

Maybe the exhaust it's not too bad but i just hate badspeed because of the air intake and all the bull**** they say in the website... they just make some big number for everything....

-Air filter (17HP to 21HP) i believed but i didn't really know much(i still don't know much about it)

"Includes Maxflo muffler with 200 cell HJS sportcats and dual-style tips.
Fits all 997TT Vehicles 2006-2010
+35WHP/22 ft-lbs of torque"

I mean WTF??? 35 whp only bc of the exhaust? this is a joke... so i don't trust them... they are just like power agency and all the fake tuners we know....

Now, the fabspeed may sound not so good, but they do make power.
I had one, I know.
It's good for about 25 hp by itself bc of reduced back flow. In fact evoms often used it in their kits. Is it loud, drone , unporsche like, yes. But, you get what you pay for, a used fs runs around 1500, while a EP will set you back 5k.
I would advise you to do a search b4 you buy anything else, all of the potential mods you've posted about have been discussed many times.
Yes, the boards are a wealth of information if used correctly snd timely.
Always remember, there are two sides to every story, even more on line.

Ck out any TUV approved muffles, tend to be quieter and built better. Cargraphic, FVD, techart all offer tuv mufflers and are all German made most importantly.

It sounds like a sportbike... i think is really sharp

Tubi is good too but not in my top 3... i went to champeon motorsport and that's all they have for exhaust options, i like it but i think 911tune sounds better

Be careful, I've heard the above 911tuning exhaust in person, it's very loud. Don't be pennywise and pound foolish. IMO, that exhaust is on the same level as your current one. Is it TUV certified? No.

I'm just gonna get Europipe 1... You can really trust anyone out there... It looks like there is only 4 options

Europipe
Tubi
Akrapovic (way out of my budget)
Teachart (out of my budget)
