Exclamation Finally joined the 997TT club!..... (EVOMs 997TT)

having read tons of info from sharkwerx over the years on the EVOms setup cars..

just bought a 997.1 (07) coupe... Manual Trans, White on Cocoa (with exterior color painted backs) and it has the EVOms EVt650 package on it.

talked with Gabe from EVOms and they are familiar with the car and he ran down the mods and history... seems like the tune on the 650 kit is actually safe as they can run the same mods up to 775...

Gotta arrange transport and such, but should be here late next week or soon after.

Very Very nice congratulations, not too many white turbos out there, and PCCBs a big plus, just don't forget to take them off before going to the track.

thank you, i'll surely be doing some personalization on the car.. i don't mind advertising the company but will do it much more subtle..

i also heard use those wheel "bolts" to remove the wheels cause lateral force on PCCB can ruin?

Awesome, sick car.. I love it....

Whatever you heard about lateral bolt force ruining PCCB's is bunch of "hippy talk". Just drive it and dont worry about it.

Congrats.. Agree thought that sticker has to go.

I almost Bought a white EVOMS 650 TT two months ago. But the Computer readout showed way too many scary numbers. I had to pass..

I think it's a great car, but u might get bored bc it's already modded.
The 'fun' of modding is missing.
Looks great.

Congrats on finding your car. I can't believe you're going back to the amber side markers, it looks so good with the clear.

lol. honestly i plan on it being a 6 month vehicle.. maybe longer depending on how available the new 2014 offerings are... i do not plan on tuning it any further (talked to EVOms and they said that jumping to 775 from the 650 is really simple). i kind of like the idea of a "safe" tune... just needs new wheels/tires and suspension and should be halfway to done..

yes, i inquired about the vehicle then.. the gentleman was actually a frequent customer where he traded it in at.. so a very small world. (i emailed that seller back again to get some extra details.. he seemed like a good guy in the past)

I left my S4 headlights with the side markers so I understand where you're coming from. Do what you like, that's what's important.

Here's mine the day after I bought her last July:

Had to switch to clear on mine though.
