Hope you enjoy the R8. I sat in one at the Ferrari dealership where I picked up my TT and just didn't relate to the interior. Each to there own. I'm still in love with the Porsche lineage. But who know's... right?

Have you driven the TT Cab?
Nope, never drove the TT Cab. I couldn't really justify selling my coupe to replace it with essentially the same car plus vert. I also think the R8 Spyder looks better than the TT Cab.

And here's another secret, the deals on the R8 Spyder, v10, manual are INSANE right now.
The only inventory left is the last run of the 2012's. They aren't making 2013 R8 Spyders. As such, Audi is giving cash to dealers to incentivize the sale of the 2012's that haven't been sold.
- I'm getting my R8, V10, 6spd spider for $40k off msrp.

This slight on Canadians is completely unwarranted
This type of slur degrades this site.
Think about it.

Looks sick! I live about 5 minutes from that dealer. Gotta be rare in a 6 speed I suppose?

Didn't want to post any numbers until everything was done... But I sold the car to an eye surgeon back east. He was an Air Force F-16 pilot too!!!

$79,000.

Even though I thought I priced the car really well at $82k, I got such an amazing deal on the R8, I was happy to "share the wealth" with the buyer of my Turbo.

It gets picked up tomorrow..

So today I took it to the dealer, bought him some Porsche key chains, got a new license plate frame (I'm not sending my CHP 11-99, lol)
Put new batteries in the key fob and had it programmed.

Then took it to my local guy and had em make it real shiny.

I'm hoping when it comes off the truck that the buyer has a big a smile I had when I first bought it nearly 7 years ago.

I even found the old amber turn signals that came with the car that I switched out .02 after buying the car. I threw em in the car in case he wants em.
