DOES PLEXUS CAUSE DAMAGE TO CLEAR BRA?
I read a post on 6speed from xpel tech that using plexus on clear bra causes yellowing. I was surprised because my porsche salesman and many other posters recommended it. Has anyone had a problem using plexus for long period of time? I've only been using it for 2 years and am concerned that down the road it may be problem.

The guys that did my bra recommended Plexus to clean it. No issues so far.

Plexus will indeed degrade polyurethane paint protection films over time. Unfortunately there are a lot of self proclaimed experts in the industry that simply don't know any better. I guess they think that because it makes the film feel all slick and shiny that it must be good for it. Believe me it's not. Plexus was developed for use on acrylic or polycarbonate windscreens...it works great for that, but it is not good for polyurethane. We have tested this in the lab and over time. Here is what happens in the early stages.
.
The offending chemical is Naphtha, which according to the MSDS makes up about 25% of of Plexus.
