Indicative of what the vehicles are worth. Imagine one with 40k-60k miles on the clock would go for, which would not be bad?

Great find welcome back, keep it under 3k RPM otherwise the easy listening station may change on it own. Congrats!

3k miles for $82k, WOW. The original owner lost about $50k in depreciation to drive 3,000 miles

Congrats Chris!!!!

More than that, it had a 145k sticker!
I drove it 300 miles already....and it will be rudely introduced to Watkins glen next spring.
The only issue is the cf in a couple of places is peeling, fixing under warranty, but I'm sure it will happen in the future.
What do most guys do?

Chris, I had the two main CF options and the piece that ran under the windshield bubbled around 30K miiles or so. It was replaced under warranty and held up fine when I sold the car at 68K miles.

Yeah that piece takes a beating with the sun. When I had it replaced I figured it wouldn't last and would just do it in leather when it failed as I was coming out of warranty - and that piece is obscenely expensive. happy that it held up for another 30K miles or so until I sold the car.

Chris, nice car like the black/terracotta and the carbon!
How would you describe the ride of the 997.1 compared to the 997TTS ?
I only had the chance to be in both a few miles and looking to see what someone thinks
that have driven both alot longer than that.
