In California, saw one "MY10851". 10851 is the CA section for stolen vehicle. Along the same lines, MY11550, corresponds to "being under the influence of a controlled substance", namely a Central Nervous System stimulant. That certainly would apply to a TT. Don't know how this would translate to a North Carolina statute. Good luck. You are certainly coming out with a better deal.
