Default New Turbo Exhaust - early Christmas Present

Grabbed the bull by the horns at the weekend, new exhaust on it's way for the Turbo. Finally decided on the Kline system for a variety of reasons, hope my deciscion proves to be a good one. Spent a long time with my N/A C4S trying different options and settled with an AWE system which was an excellent sound / no real performance gains to speak of!

The turbo is notoriously difficult to find a good exhaust for that doesn't require a remap etc. Kline have guaranteed me their 200 cell system will just bolt on, no cell probs etc. Heard the decat system on a turbo and it sounds fantastic, good dyno gains too so a bonus. Will post results when its on the car - few weeks before I can get this done.

Cheers

Rob.

Maybe Dyson can take on the challenge. He's a creative guy...

Had an '09 turbo and thought the exhaust note was truly awful. Recently bought a '13 turbo s. Seems Porsche made some changes for the better. It actually sounds like a car now.

You know guys, my stock exhaust sound, while not "blow you down loud" is really not that timid. If I had not read virtually everywhere that it is not v8ish enough I would never have given it a second thought...rrm

I hear the "Europipe" is excellent too. I'm saving my pennies for that one.

Kline are very confident about their system, just have to wait and see. Won't be able to fit before december but will post a review. A uk tuner fitted one for a customer and dynoed the car after and was impressed apparently.

They do look very well made visually, pays your money and all that!

One of my highly regarded indies "Inter Sport" here in DC (Tysons Corner) recommends and installs Tubi. Can anyone recommed it too?

I would say drive one with a Tubi and then drive another brand. Some people love Tubi and some people hate it.. I personally think it's very over priced and is not the best sounding or performing out there... Take a look at all brands available. People on this board love Europipe...No doubt a great sounding and performing exhaust. Do your homework.. Whatever you decide (brand) it going to be pricey and you're going to have to live with it for awhile..

This is all so personal, but I heard a Tubi and did not like it.

Heard a Europipe and bought one.

YouTube sound clips are not the way to test listen.

So anyone in my area wants to hear mine, PM.

heard Tubi on mates GT3 - didn't like it at all. I think the Kline exhaust has may similarities to the europipe, I have only heard the decat version and it was cool!

I've invested now hope it's a good call. E/P is a money's no object system IMO.
