Hey folks,
Just wanted to share my excitement about my recent purchase. After selling my 996TT, I "thought" I wanted to get into a more exotic sports car (r8/gallardo) but after looking at the prices and maintenance and reliability compared to a 997TT, I knew that the 997 would fit my needs better. Ideally, I was looking for a clean, low mileage 997tt cab but I ran across an 07, GT silver coupe with 6k miles and had to jump on the oppurtunity.
Specs are:
Heated Front Seats; Ceramic Composite Brakes- PCCB; Sport Chrono Package Turbo; Remote CD Changer (6 Disc); Black mats with Porsche lettering; Adaptive Sport Seats; Porsche Crest in Headrest; Extended Navigation Module; Axle-differential lock rear; Foot rest aluminum; 3-spoke steering wheel multifunction leather; Rear center console leather; Leather sun visors and lighted mirror; Sport seat backs painted; Headlight cleaner Cvr Ext. Clr; Standard rocker panels painted; Door entry grds Stl steel Illu; Stitching F/R seats Dev. color; Dashboard stitching Dev. color; Door stitching in Dev. color; Door handle stitching Dev. color; Dev. stitching side center console; Rear side panel Dev. stitching; All excl. opt. stitch Dev. color; Painted model desig. rear lid; and Exterior package painted.
The only mods are clear bra, clear side lights and K40 laser.
It goes in for a PPI on tuesday and if it all clears, I'll be flying out to Ca to finish the transaction and shipping it home![bigbye](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/xyxwave.gif)

Love it. But even more is enjoying the GT1 engine and how free it revs. Incredible. I'll tell you more after the weekend when I get it back. It's been in the shop get some minor things fixed - silver seatbelts cleaned, seat back silver paint touched etc... All good.

Last year, I looked for an exact same car for almost 7 months ( GT/Black, PCCB,sport seats etc etc) but couldn't find one.
I finally gave up the chase once I saw a CW Turbo and fell in love with the car.
You have a beautiful and a very rare car.
Enjoy and be safe.

Thanks everyone! Just wanted to update with the ppi info. Car came back clean with no issues. The DME showed the following in overevs.
Range 1: 51
Range 2-6: 0
Brake pads on the pccbs were 8 and 9mm left on the front and rear respectively.
I am happy everything came back clean and I will be flying out Thursday to close the deal. Thanks for the well wishes everyone!
