Thanks for your input. I quite like it in black as it matches the doors and carpeting. I conducted my due diligence before buying and so no reason to believe the airbag was deployed.

So did you find out the reason for the black steering wheel airbag and vulcan grey (from a sport seat) seat airbag ? Never seen a vulcan grey airbag in a comfort seat, normally they are color matched. I am sure there is a simply explanation but I am really curious.
