The engine will rev quicker with the reduced weight , rev matching will be easier and you will get a more "direct" feeling as the clutch engages as you no longer have the dual mass flywheel which dampens everything a bit.
When i worked at Evolution Motorsports i must have installed 50 of these. Almost every car that came in got one.
