Those of you who have changed out center console( which I think is weak link esthetically on my nat brown interior). Considering painting Macadamia to match exterior.
Anyway whats your experience with scratches and pristine upkeep? Too much trouble and upkeep . Is it worth for esthetics. Think it will be a nice touch. What say you?

The painted center console is a very nice touch. The car I have now is macadamia with most of he interior parts painted to match the exterior. It looks fantastic and is very durable. Only scratches are on the painted seat backs and they are pretty minor.

Thinking about what else would be complementary with black interior- both are dark so ?? Area around door pulls, pcm?

Any posting that shows the step-by-step procedure to swap out the rear centre console? I.e. how to the side pieces off the PCM, the shifter boot up etc... Tx.
